At Décorisa Home Staging Inc, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our money-back and return policy helps you easily process returns. This policy applies to all metal hooks, plastic hooks, silicone hooks, and wooden hooks.

1. Return Period
   You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please be sure to contact us within this period to obtain return authorization.
2. Return Conditions
   To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
   The product is unused and in good condition, with all original packaging and labels included.
   The product was not damaged during shipping.
   Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) must be included.
3. Requesting a Return

   If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect shipment or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
   In other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
